First Light Studios was founded by Doug Morgan, a photographer and content creator specializing in wildlife and travel photography. I created this platform to showcase my lifelong passion for capturing the world’s most captivating moments through the lens of a camera. With almost five decades of experience in various photography genres, I have narrowed down my focus to wildlife, nature, and travel photography, especially over the past fifteen years.

Currently, I am planning an extensive global expedition to photograph a diverse range of iconic destinations within a two-year timeframe. These destinations will include Hawaii, Fiji, Tokyo, the Philippines, Singapore, Angkor Wat, Thailand, the Maldives, Seychelles, Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, Santorini, Mykonos, the Canary Islands, Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia, and numerous islands throughout the Caribbean.
